Abi Titmuss was born on 8 February 1976 in Lincolnshire, England. She graduated from City University in St Batholomew's Hospital in 1998 and became a staff nurse at London's University College Hospital. Abi Titmuss started going out with television presenter, John Leslie in 1998, and came to the public's attention in 2003 when Leslie was named on live television as the celebrity whom Ulrika Jonsson, had referred to anonymously in alleged rape allegations. Abi Titmuss stood by John Leslie through his trials and tribulations and has since emerged with various media jobs. Titmuss has presented on Virgin radio, MTV, and porn channel Television X. She has appeared nude on the cover of FHM (in fact, Abi is the only woman to have appeared on an FHM cover twice in a year), and appeared alongside Jennifer Ellison in Hell's Kitchen's first series with Gordon Ramsay. Another television role that Abi Titmuss once had was reporting on Channel 4's Richard and Judy show, but shennanigans involving sex, lies and videotapes meant that role ended. Abi Titmuss has also written a novel entitled Ten Fantasies. A very thorough interview with Abi Titmuss in the Sunday Mirror includes some interesting background and quotes from Abi: "Among the Hell's Kitchen star's revelations she admits to enjoying a dozen threesomes with both men and women during her five years with former TV presenter John Leslie. "I like threesomes with men to be honest - but I like them with women as well. Women are great. It's exciting, fun." "A saucy video involving Abi romping with another woman while Leslie filmed the antics has become an internet sensation. It's also being sold on market stalls. Although she admits that one of her group sex sessions with Leslie involved basketball player Jayson Blayde and his girlfriend, she says: "I never had sex with Jayson Blayde. It was me and a girl, with him and John watching. That was all." Abi Titmuss was one of the contestants in the 2005 television series, Celebrity Love Island, in which she had a snog with Rebecca Loos. Other Celebrity Love Island participants include Calum Best and Jayne Middlemiss. However, it was with Lee Sharpe that Abi Titmuss got on best. In August 2005 the couple were reported to be planning a beach wedding ceremony, but by the end of the year Abi and Lee had split up. In another twist, in March 2006 Abi Titmuss confirmed on Richard and Judy that she and Lee Sharp had got back together. Abi was on the Channel 4 talk show, showing off her Latin and publicising Arthur Miller's Two-way Mirror, at the Courtyard at Covent Garden, London - in which she was acting opposite Jay Benedict. Her acting was good and her American accent was authentic. There is no doubting Abi Titmuss's appeal. In a Channel 4 documentary, Abi Titmuss: A Modern Day Morality Tale, Daily Star columnist Libby Purves said of Abi Titmuss: "She sells.
